Conditions we treat

Support for a wide range of needs.

Every child is different. We evaluate strengths and challenges together, then build a plan that fits your child and your family.

Sensory processing

Children who are overly sensitive to sounds, textures or movement, or those who seek lots of sensory input. We build calm, playful strategies for everyday situations.

Handwriting & fine motor

Difficulties with pencil grip, letter formation, cutting, buttoning or other small-hand tasks. We strengthen the underlying skills and make practice feel like play.

Feeding & eating

Limited food preferences, trouble with utensils, oral-motor concerns or mealtime stress. We work on the sensory and motor pieces that make eating easier.

Gross motor & coordination

Clumsiness, low muscle tone, poor balance or trouble keeping up on the playground. We build strength, coordination and confidence through movement.

ADHD & attention

Challenges with focus, organization, impulse control and following routines. We teach practical tools that fit into school and home life.

Autism

Support for social communication, sensory differences, flexibility, play skills and daily routines, always in a strengths-based, child-led way.

Tics & CBIT

Jessica is certified in CBIT (Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics), offering evidence-based strategies to help children manage tics and Tourette syndrome.

Emotional regulation

Big feelings, frustration, meltdowns or trouble recovering from upsets. We help children recognize their triggers and use calming strategies that work for them.

Self-care independence

Dressing, bathing, tooth-brushing, sleep routines and other daily tasks. We break skills into manageable steps and build independence at home.
