321 PIVOT Therapy began with a simple vision: a supportive space for pediatric therapy that puts children and families at the heart of everything. Owner and occupational therapist Jessica Trio started with in-home and community sessions so care could begin right where life happens.
As the practice grows, we're building toward a physical clinic and an expanded range of services — always with the same commitment to unhurried, individualized care.

Meet the owner
Jessica Trio, OTD, OTR/L
Jessica is an occupational therapist with over 30 years of experience working with children and adults across a variety of practice settings. She is currently certified in Sensory Integration® and CBIT (Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics).
She also completed her Post-Professional Occupational Therapy Doctorate program at Thomas Jefferson University, with a focus on interprofessional collaboration within the pediatric primary care office and in pediatric medical residency education using virtual simulations.
As the owner and lead therapist of 321 PIVOT Therapy, Jessica brings together deep clinical experience, ongoing advanced training, and a family-centered approach to help children and families in Indian Harbour Beach and the surrounding Space Coast grow with confidence.
